Robby Sheppard, Michael Doto, Joe Dignam, John Cantwell, and Danny O'Brien are a group of fourth graders from Mrs. Murray's class who decided to help the kindergarten class from Camden, NJ. The Just Do It Program allowed the boys to raise enough money (over $180) to purchase embroidered school uniform shirts for their new friends. The Camden stduents attend Bonsall Schoool and are required to wear school colors or uniforms. Thanks to our five OLGC fourth graders, the entire class can now wear their new school uniform shirts proudly. Our boys spent an entire afternoon interacting with their new Camden friends. Not only did the kindergarten children receive a wonderful gift, but the OLGC students has an experience that was priceless. Thank you boys for putting our school in such a good light. God Bless you all! |
